Step 2 — CMS processes and ships

Your order goes directly to CMS (Cable Management Solutions), our fulfilment partner. They hold stock, pick your order, and dispatch it from their warehouse. Delivery is tracked. You will get a notification when your order ships.

Step 3 — It arrives at your site

Products are delivered to your nominated address — office, site, or warehouse. Most metro orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Regional timelines vary.

Step 4 — Install it yourself

Under-desk baskets mount in minutes. No specialist trades required. Plug into your floor box, run the trunking, connect power and data. Instructions are included. If you need floor boxes installed, that requires a licensed electrician.
